Biomass Trading
PrimeTime is a leading bulk flower cannabis trader.
Leveraging our long-standing relationships with large, well-established cultivators, we purchase wholesale bulk cannabis daily.
Through our deep industry experience and extensive knowledge of consumer demands, we then sell trending cultivars to third-party operators/producers.
Biomass Trading
PrimeTime purchases cultivated cannabis products, sorts and processes them themselves, and then resell the products to customers. This is critical because pricing in the cannabis market is incredibly volatile; you can’t take that much risk on your balance sheet. PrimeTime does $2-2.5 million in trading a week and they’ve never taken more than a million dollars of risk on their balance sheet.
There are large complexities with how the supply and demand works, whether it is growing seasons or when outdoor comes on. In addition, various customers that don’t necessarily have the capability of procuring directly from the farm.
Manufacturing
PrimeTime is a well-established manufacturer of retail cannabis products in California with immediate plans to expand into Massachusetts.
The Company acts as a manufacturer and partners with key third-party contract manufacturers to produce packaged flower, edibles, concentrates, vapes, pre rolls, and other cannabis-based products for clients that lack in-house capabilities.
Through our white label division, we source hardware and cannabis inputs, and assemble retail products for individual client brands.
Our tolling division assembles end-market cannabis products for clients that supply their own branded hardware and active ingredients.
Consulting
Through our entity Attn to Detail, PrimeTime provides product and marketing consulting services.
The Attn to Detail team has deep industry experience with identifying and engineering brands and products that resonate with consumers.
The entity develops brands, retail packaging design, and engages in fully integrated marketing campaigns while liaising with regulatory bodies for compliance purposes on behalf of its clients.

Retail
BOUTIQ, a PrimeTime brand, is an uncommon cannabis retailer.
BOUTIQ sells its own BOUTIQ-branded flower, pre-rolls, and vape cannabis products which are sourced, designed and manufactured in-house. Additionally, BOUTIQ also carries third-party products, which include concentrates and edibles.

Cultivation
